Serving in Uganda

Involved in several ministries such as a pastor, church planter, Bible School teacher, training in more than five training centers in Uganda. We have an orphanage ministry in our home, directors of school children ministry (700+ kids). Prison and hospital (medical) outreaches, open air crusade evangelism, conferences and evangelistic workshops, soccer evangelism, and ministry to the disabled, needy, and traumatised in the community.

Serving in Liberia, West Africa

We evangelize and make disciples (2 Timothy 2:2). As missionaries, we identify real needs of the people and work towards providing them for the community whether it is a school, clinic, water or attending to individual needs (psychosocial) especially vulnerable or special needy groups directly. We are establishing schools, organizing camping for children and young people during summer holidays where they can be enriched spiritually in their walk with Christ.

Serving in Mbale, Uganda

We lead an organization called YICA in Uganda which James started in 2014. YICA’s dream is to empower and bring people back to Christ. We do this through leadership and mentorship trainings, children’s ministry, and fellowship groups.
We were married in 2020 and have one daughter. James also works for another organization, while Kelsey is a homemaker.
Our hope for ministry is that YICA would have a youth training center for young people to get life skills and be discipled.

I am involved in pastoral ministry (pastoring Namizi Baptist Church), and also involved in evangelism ministry, school/kids ministry, teaching ministry and charity ministry in Jinja. I hope to see the ministry grow, with more people won for Christ and be discipled. My desire is for my community to be transformed by Christ.

I am a Pastor at Seal of Love Bible Churchin Mbale, Eastern Uganda. I oversee 14 churches all over Uganda. I serve as the caretaker of Kagavu Praise and Worship Church Mubende district, Central Uganda. I also serve as a teacher and overseer of TTI and Purity training, country-wide. I am running a farming project in Mubende District, and I am involved with discipling men and marriages in Mbale District. My wife and I have three small children.

Serving in Sierra Leone, West Africa

At the heart of our ministry is discipleship training and pastoral leadership training, which we have done both in Sierra Leone and Ghana. For the last ten years in Sierra Leone we have learned the process needed to dig new wells in rural communities, particularly those where we can work with a local church. We also repair wells that have become unusable, if possible. We also encourage and try to facilitate small scale agriculture.

We serve among Arabic speaking people. We deeply believe and try to fulfill God’s Great Commission. We help those who already trusted Jesus to be mature in their faith and to follow Him. We’ve already witnessed how God has brought us into conversations with individuals from Muslim backgrounds.

With the desire to serve among both refugees and Arabic speaking people, God is sending us to European countries as well. We need faithful brothers and sisters to pray for us.

Tomasz currently serves as a pastor of Pojednanie church outside of Warsaw. Tomek is a dean and a professor at Logos Bible Institute, committed to training men and women to handle the Word rightly and apply it to all areas of life and ministry.

Serving in Pabianice, Poland

Our ministry focuses on planting a local church in Pabianice, Poland. Lukasz serves as an elder, discipling men and developing a multimedia ministry, while Magda leads the children’s ministry and disciples women. We both are part of the church leadership team.

Lukasz also leads a nationwide men’s ministry, helping men find healing from life-long wounds and discover their God-given mission. Similarly, Magda is building a ministry for women, equipping them to grow stronger in Christ and fulfill their divine purpose.

Our ministry focus is with the youth in Romania. We partner with the local Baptist church, focusing on evangelizing kids, teens, and young adults in our area of Romania, and discipleship. We use English/Bible clubs to reach those in a nearby village, as well as camps in the summer.

Alissa Foreman

Serving in Husasau de Cris, Romania

Orphan and foster care is my overall ministry focus. Currently, I am fostering a teen girl and toddler boy with hopes for adoption, and these two are my primary ministry day to day. Also, I have begun a new Bible study group at a teen orphan home, meeting once a week, and involved in the children’s ministry at my local church, as well as helping lead prayer meetings and hosting small group occasionally.

We are IM missionaries, who have been living and serving in Romania since 1998. 

We are the founders and overseers of the River of Life Humanitarian Foundation, which consists of a Christ- centered community of care homes that provide a haven of refuge and hope for needy “at risk” pregnant women, children and elderly women. 

Also ministering in Ukraine, we  established the Houses of Bread Humanitarian Foundation.

Outreach through local churches to lesser reached people groups through creative and compassionate forms of evangelism. Examples in Slovakia are orphans, disabled children, and motorbikes. In Ukraine it takes the form of humanitarian relief. In Uganda, we minister to war refugees from South Sudan by providing food, healthcare, and microbusiness empowerment. Our message is, “God sees you, knows you and loves you.” Our verse is, “Let your light so shine before men that they glorify your Father in heaven.”

We are currently doing ministry in de-occupied regions of Ukraine, working in a church plant/volunteer center where internally dislocated persons from different regions of Ukraine come for spiritual and emotional support. As the Lord permits, we take trips to the Donbas region where we worked before the war, to encourage those who are still there.

My wife and I work together planting house churches among Sudanese refugees and other African nationalities. Now we have 30. The Egyptian government prevents the preaching of the Bible because Egypt works in the Islamic religion. But home churches are safe and financially inexpensive. We believe that God will do a great work in northern Sudan to attract souls towards Christ.

Dina serves with a team working with children through sports ministry. Each year they offer a soccer school two days a week for three months. She also serves in her church Sunday School and sews reusable hygiene pads for girls.

God called me to be a teacher, and I followed his calling which gave me so much joy. I do ministry with girls in which I focus on giving them a good education. I teach them English, crochet, and the Bible. I also teach English to IM staff and interns, and I train them to be translators.

I “F” have a passion to share the Gospel with Arabic people around the MENA region. I use the social media platforms to share, talk with people about Jesus, and then form online Bible study groups.
“S” studies counseling for children, as she has a passion to serve the troubled kids in very poor and unreached areas around Cairo. The way for them to know Jesus is to give them unconditional love and support that they missed in their lives.

Darwin & Darlis Anderson

Serving in Rapid City, SD

Darwin & Darlis joined IM in 1990 and he served as president from 2003-2023. They are now in a new role of hosting a rest and debriefing place in South Dakota called “The Hills Abide & Rest” for global workers, both from IM and other mission agencies. They also continue to care for missionary staff, teach at the training centers, and lead short-term teams. They minister to churches through missionary conferences and pulpit fill and enjoy marriage enrichment ministry.

Mikayla and I work in the Home Office. Mikayla helps organize and send short-term teams overseas, and I (David) am the IT guy. Laura Hardy

Serving in Clear Lake, IA

I am serving in the home office in the accounting department. I work hard to make sure that our staff on the field can focus on ministry as I make sure their finances are organized and money gets into their bank account as quickly as possible. Currently, I focus on payroll, expense reporting, and monthly reports for the staff. I love connecting with staff members all over the world on a daily basis encouraging them and praying for them.

My ministry with IM has ebbed and flowed over the past 5-1/2 years. I support our staff by processing wage wires to our MENA, European, and Uganda staff, A/P, keeping up with all of our insurance policies, and organizing our annual staff conference held in Europe.  

One of my many blessings from our Lord is when I receive a response text/email from staff that my prayer email came “just at the right time.”

 “Serving Romanians who serve Romanians” is the heart of my ministry. My time is spent in various ways of serving homeless and “the least of these” through providing basic needs such as food, blankets, clothes and medicine. It is based on the idea of being Jesus in real life. Although I am back living in the USA, I am involved with collecting donations to help the needy in Romania.

Serving in the United States

We provide care for the IM staff in Poland by connecting with them regularly through email, Zoom, and Facebook Messenger. We visit each of them at least once per year in their homes to listen and encourage them in their individual ministries. We have previously taught Crown Financial classes and Discipleship classes in Poland and the Middle East. After teaching classes, we follow-up with the students and encourage them to continue learning and practicing what we have taught.

As directors of Mountainside Ministry Training Center (MMT), our goal is not only to prepare our students, but also to build long-term relationships, in order to best care for them in the ups and downs of missionary life. We also serve through recruitment, program development, and facility upkeep.

Our desire is for more and more missionaries to be sent out from here and that MMT will be a light and witness in the community of Libby.

South America

Nelton & Bethany Noriega

Serving in Iquitos, Peru

We serve with Genesis Church and Ministries and it is a very exciting time! We launched our fourth step of discipleship, which is short-term missions. We are now training and sending our own disciples to other parts of Peru to do the same. Our four-stage strategy includes evangelism, affrmation, discipleship, and sending.

In addition to working in Iquitos, a church plant in Yurimaguas (18 hrs up river) is in the process of replicating the ministry model.
