What the Lord Has Been Teaching Me

What has the Lord been teaching me in His Word through 2024

Psalm 126:3 – The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy. Gratitude!

Romans 12:12 – Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Joyful!

Isaiah 40:31 – Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint. Don’t be so busy in ministry that I miss out on time with you, Lord!

Colossians 4:3 – Pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message. Advancement of the Gospel at every opportunity! 

John 16:23 – I tell you the truth, My Father will give you whatever you ask in My name. God to be glorified in my prayers.

Hebrews 11:33 – Through faith…gained what was promised. God is always faithful to His promises! 

Romans 1:20 – For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities – his eternal power, and divine nature.  So, they have no excuse for not knowing God. God is full truth. I must acknowledge His willingness to cover me with Himself, Christ’s sacrifice for me, His unending love, or I will never be able to show that genuine love, kindness, and mercy to others.

Psalm 102:19-20 –No matter how strong, the thing I am struggling with is this, God’s power to deliver me is stronger!

Psalm 25:4-5 – …Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior…Guidance!

Psalm 32:8-9 – I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you…Don’t be stubborn, let Him guide/lead me!

Psalm 61:1-2 – Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the ROCK that is higher than I. –In my struggles, I cry out and God promises He hears me!
