Hello! I and my wife Sarah, are pleased to share our ministry with you—it is so challenging since our ministry is targeted by the enemy. I’m a pastor at Grace Mission Church in Pawel, Uganda, and the leader of children’s ministry at the Village of Hope children’s home (orphanage center). This year has been a blessed year for me and my family, because the hand of the Lord was upon me. We had several wars against my ministry, direct attacks on my family, sickness after sickness, etc. We give thanks for your prayers for me, my family, and our ministry—your prayers have sustained us.

Despite all challenges, we were able to work amazingly by the leadership of the Holy Spirit. The church ordained two pastors—trusted men, so reliable, with sound faith and right understanding. We have added manpower to the church. To god be the glory. We also held a men’s and women’s conference. A very successful conference has been conducted amidst all the crises we were going through.

We have become more united as a family, having more prayer time together, completing family tasks together, and depending on the Lord more than ever. Our orphanage staff have developed a very strong prayer team, become more united, more motivated, and are bold in speaking the truth during times of crisis. Many of our children are actively participating in the church choir. Discipleship class is happening every Thursday and Sunday. Please pray for us. You are part of the kingdom work together with us. God protected the children and the church. This is so amazing and wonderful—nothing affected them.

Our future plans include the church looking forward to raising more leaders, and that is being accomplished through the ongoing discipleship class. We desire to bring life to the ministry by unifying the leadership again, encouraging one another, and supporting each other by organizing prayer meetings more often. We plan to do more evangelical outreaches within the community and outside. We would like to add more vulnerable children. Our country’s situation and the neighboring country still have very high level of children abuse. Seeing what the children can do and can become for the Kingdom work, there is a need to develop more children who will serve God tomorrow and lead the nation more diligently. As we protect the children and help them grow spiritually, we are raising God’s soldiers for tomorrow. The church would like to focus more closely on youth ministry, men’s ministry, and women’s ministry since the manpower challenges are being addressed.
