EGYPT – YouNG ADULT EVANGELISTIC English
Near Cairo, Egypt
Come and serve near Cairo, Egypt, in our Young Adult Evangelistic English Ministry. You will lead Bible studies and discussion groups, teach English classes, and fellowship with young Egyptian men and women.. There will be group activities, games, and crafts all designed to create opportunities for you to share Jesus with these young men and women. And don’t worry, we will provide the format for the English classes for all levels of English proficiency. If you can speak English and love Jesus, you are qualified to go! The ages of the young adults we will serve are 15-25 years of age.
You will leave North America on August 9 and return home on August 17th. The cost is $1,800, which includes your lodging, food, and transportation. Airfare averages $1500, making the total cost around $3300-$3500. We can help you create your fundraising letter and provide avenues for online giving for your trip.
There are no vaccinations required to enter Egypt. You will purchase your visa for Egypt upon arrival in the Alexandria Airport. You will need a valid US Passport that doesn’t expire within six months of your travel. If you need to expedite your passport, we can also help you with this process.
